Meet Donna

Hi, I’m Donna Teuber! Through coaching and human-centered design facilitation, I work alongside people and organizations to help them develop creative confidence, foster innovative thinking, design better services and tell their stories.

I am an innovation consultant and facilitator supporting organizations in team building, strategy, user experience, product/service design and innovation incubators. I also serve as a teaching lead for online creative leadership certificate programs - supporting learners through the course experience by creating conditions for learners to collaborate and explore content more deeply. I have a Master’s degree in Information Science and advanced certifications in human-centered design, communicating for impact and creative leadership. I have experience working in education, publishing, technology, startups, libraries and innovation management. 

In my work as a facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method (certified in 2017), I've invested 200+ hours in training, worked with over 50 clients, and reached over 1500 participants.
